I am glad in today’s economy that I am not trying to sell my home. Ihave seen my friends have a terrible time trying to sell theirs and Ireally feel for them. Selling your home does not have to be hard,however. Thanks to some tips that were given to me and I passed themon to them, has really helped. You can actually get the price that youare trying to sell your house for. You ask how can I do that? Well, theremost likely some things that you are not doing right. I am going to goover them in this article.The very first and top of my list is your realtor. You need to remember that your realtor is not your best friend. They are only in it for onething, money! Once they let your house sit on the market for 30 days,they will move on to other houses that are easier to sell. Fire your realtor. Yes, that is what I said. You do not need them. Besides, using arealtor will even cost you more money. Remember they get acommission for what they sell.The next thing you must do is to make up an ad to run in thenewspaper. Buyers already know that they have the advantage, because people are practically giving their houses away. It is really calledstealing the way the buyers can just walk up and pay low prices for your house because you are desperate to sell. When making up your ad,do not make it sound like you need to sell as soon as possible or youwill take the best offer. You need to set a positive attitude and makesure the buyers out there do not know that you are desperate tosell your house.The last tip I have for you is to offer tours of your home and do ityourself. You know your home a lot better than anyone else does. Holdyour head up high with a smile and let the people who are touring your house see that you have a positive attitude.
