Fried Dumplings makes about ten

ingredients;
4 cups self rising flour
2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp sugar
1 1/4 cups milk
oil, for frying

method;
1- Sift the flour, add sugar and salt into a large bowl, add the milkd and mix and
knead until a smooth dough forms.

2- Divide the dough in ten balls, kneadning each ball with floured hands. Press
the balls gently to flatten them into 3in rounds.

3- Heat a little in a non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Place hlaf the
dumplings in the pan, reduce the heat to low nad fry for about 15 minutes, until
they are golden brown, turning once.

4- Stand the dumplings on their sides for a few minutes to brown the edges, before
removing them from the pan and draining thoroughly on kitchen paper. Serve
immediatly, while still warm.
