This document includes a collection of reported terrorist attacks from August 2002 to January 2004, with 3,000+ incidents compiled by counter terrorism researcher Anton Iagounov of CPACT (Center for Primary Action to Counter Terrorism) from various data outlets such as government databases, private and public intelligence agencies, research organizations and other sources. Documents are presented in an organized spreadsheet format with records of the date, city, country, perpetrator, weapons used, injuries, fatalities and a detailed description of all incidents.
