Changing Experience in My Life Reaching a qualified education is a critical step to get better life to survive, especially in Jakarta.

It could be starts from getting well educated enough bot h on formal and informal education. I was took a piano course from early age and I need a lot of time for practicing. To reach that goal, I must balance time by entering high school that supports the mission. My school was at private junior high school, near to my house, whose has certain culture. The load of task there was so high, even the sense of compete was aver age. On the other side, my informal school piano course is on critical stage. I need more focus on both studies. When I graduated, I was enter stated-owned high school that far from my house, b ut near from my piano school. Many alumnus from that school entered state-owned university. At there I could meet many talented friends, ambitious friend. With that kind of environment, I must force myself to study daily. I found my senior as my piano classmate too, and it is so motivated. They share each other much. A nd the far location of the school from my house forced my to be more prepared. From Kotter s theory, it could say that the urgency is the critical stage of my pian o course (passed or failed stage). The step of creating the guiding coalition is asking my parents their permission to get farer high school. The vision and str ategy is clear, passing the critical stage in state of succeeding better life. From Herzberg s two factors theory (intrinsic/extrinsic motivation) describes that c ertain factors in place (such as workplace) result in satisfaction. The factors that motivate person can change over their lifetime, but respect for me as a person one of the top motivation factors at any stage of life. Motivator gives positiv e satisfaction and hygiene factor that do not motivate if present, but gives res ult in demotivation if absent. In my experience above, the intrinsic motivation to lead a change rather than ex ternal factor to make changing. I was changing from private junior high school t o public senior high school because external factor which demand me to have more time for practicing music.
