Credit extended in TILA to consumer who will advance receivables is backed by actual cash taken from third-party investors' penson funds, municipal funds, IRA, etc. The purported cash advanced to consumers as residents, are in court, the UNIDENTIFIED THIRD PARTY INVESTOR of a NOTE, e.g. AAMES 1999-1 SEC Trust Fund collection of whole-loans in which an annunity insurance product was purchasd held in name of Qualified Intermediary. All purchases in secondary market buyer beware unregulated by laws of these United States subject to UCC Article 9, Article 8, Article 1 addressed by products sold by First American EAGLE9, for example. Concealement that the NOTE as an investment one held in name of consumer, is with benefits and is the Unidentified Third Party Investor of the "NOTE" which was issued based upon the guaranteed value of the principal 'face value' of the collateral, which started as an appraisal and become an insurance product and how preferred investors get back cash from acquisition of the property purportedly abandoned by consumer who is hit with the capital bains and no benefits of the beneficial interests. These WholeLoan 'Note' Annunity/Insurance products are with maturity benefits that pays P&I of whole loans 'obligation of Qualified Intermediary' if consumer as unidentified third party investor defaults.
