DesigningYour Life Contest is a contest where participants post a picture of an inspiring designedspace in their home to thewww.NikkiChu.comFacebook Fanpage. Participants mustfirst likewww.NikkiChu.comon the Facebook page and then tag the www.NikkiChu.comFacebook page in their photo. The picture posted that receives the most combined likesand shares will be chosen as the winner. Participants chances of winning are increasedif their friends also
“like” the fanpage and
photo. Nikki Chu will announce the winner onFacebook, Twitter and Pinterest on 11/29/12. The winner will be contacted via Facebookmessage and through Pinterest and on Twitter.
2. ELIGIBILITY:
CONTEST OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE 50UNITED STATES OR THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA WHO ARE 18 YEARS OF AGEOR AGE OF MAJORITY IN HIS/HER STATE OF RESIDENCE AT THE TIME OFENTRY.

If youhave any questions, please feel free to contact info@trademarkedpr.com. Any information collected from the Contest shall be used only in a manner consistentwith the consent given by the entrants at the time of entry.
NOTE: By entering, all entrants understand and agree that all Eligible Entries willbe posted on the internet (and other media as designated by the Sponsor in itssole discretion) for public view on the Contest Site. Further, by entering, allentrants agree to give Sponsor permission to use his/her name and likeness inaccordance with Section 7 below.
 Limit one (1) entry per person. Any individual who attempts to enter, or in the solediscretion of Sponsor is suspected of entering more than once or submits entries inexcess of the disclosed maximum of (2) photos, by any means, including but not limitedto establishing multiple Facebook accounts, will be disqualified from participation in thisContest.
4. DETERMINING POTENTIAL WINNERS:
One (1) winner total will be chosen toreceive an Estate 22 Vintage Silk Pillow designed by Nikki Chu. A Winner will beselected on November 30, 2012, from among all eligible entries received by 12:00 PM(EST) November 29, 2012. The winner will be selected by
the most amount of “likes”
received on their photo. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by the OfficialRules and the decisions of the judges, which shall be final and binding in all respects.Odds of winning each Prize Package depend on the number of eligible entriesreceived. Sponsor decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this Contest.
5. POTENTIAL WINNER NOTIFICATION:
Potential Prize Winners will be notified bySponsor whose decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to this Contest.Sponsor will attempt to notify each potential Prize Winner on or about the dates noted inSection 1 using their Facebook name through Facebook message and Twitter DirectMessage. Potential Prize Winners are subject to eligibility verification and compliancewith these Official Rules. If any required information is not returned within the number of days specified in the notification correspondence, or if any notification is returned asundeliverable, then the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Prize Winner will be
selected at the Sponsor‟s sole discretion.
 
Designation as a Prize Winner is subject to entrant‟s proof of compliance with these
Official Rules, maintaining compliance with these Official Rules, and approval bySponsor. The decisions of the Promotion Parties are final and binding in all mattersrelating to this Contest, including interpretation and application of these Official Rules.
6. PRIZES
: The prize shall be one (1) Estate 22 Vintage Pillow. Prizes are non-transferable. No prize substitutions allowed. Sponsor reserves the right, in its solediscretion, to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomesunavailable. Prizes may not be sold, bartered, or exchanged by winners. All details of any prize not specified herein shall be determined solely by Sponsor. By accepting aprize, the winner acknowledges compliance with these Official Rules. All federal, state,or other tax liabilities arising from this Contest are the sole responsibility of the winner.
 
Limit of one prize per person/household. All other expenses relating to acceptance of aprize, including but not limited to taxes and any other expenses not specified herein arethe sole responsibility of winner. Prize conditions may be added or modified by Sponsor,in its sole discretion. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor and
its designees to use winners‟ names and likenesses for advertising and promotional
purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law.
7. CONDUCT:
By entering into this Contest, entrants agree to be bound by theseOfficial Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in allrespects. These Official Rules are accessible fromhttp://www.facebook.com/RealNikkiChu throughout the Contest Period. Failure tocomply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification.Entries must not contain material that is inappropriate, indecent, obscene, hateful,tortuous, defamatory, slanderous or libelous, and must not contain material thatpromotes bigotry, racism, hatred or harm against any group or individual or promotesdiscrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age; and must not contain material that is unlawful, in violation of or contrary to the lawsor regulations where entry was submitted. Sponsor reserves the right to review and/or disqualify any and all elements deemed by Sponsor, in its sole discretion, to beinappropriate, offensive, or otherwise unacceptable.By participating, each entrant irrevocably grants Sponsor and its agents an unlimited,worldwide, perpetual, license and right to publish, use, publicly display the entry in anyway, in any and all media (including but not limited to the Contest Site), withoutlimitation, and without consideration to the entrant, including having his/her winningentry, name, and/or location included in Nikki Chu website materials or other marketingmaterial.
