MAY2012, State Dept was not or had stopped using the purported DS Services cited and inputed to reader was or would be in existence in May-Sep11,2012 in report at May2012 publication @BenghaziEx_A Follow me on Twitter. Im the mystery. Congress must ask, what happened to May2012 purported/promoted Libya Benghazi levels/products in Catalog

Mystery - How could State Dept not know they were committing fraud by spending $ to create a comic book rendition of a puffed up servie and use of

Taxpayer money that was instead going to arm Jihadists in middle east. State Dept & Clinton

knew spending $ on DS glossy brochure annual report was using taxpayer money to create false

inaccurate misleading literature and to promote

and use the released glossy brochure and purported security level, quality, and involvement

of "DS Services" to the public and co-workers,

and Ambassadors. The victims read or became

aware of the May2012 DS annual report services and truths and were misled by the material

and facts which would give a reader the

impression that DS Annual report services

are still engaged and providing such

services as alleged in the May2012

brochure and report State Dept distributed

to the public and has since May 2012.

To advance American interests and foreign policy, DS protects people, property, andinformation at more than 280 State Department posts worldwide. 2011 Year in Review
1
Twenty-ve years ater the Bureau o Diplomatic Security was created rom the U.S.Department o State’s Oce o Security, themen and women o DS demonstrated quiteclearly why this has become a premier U.S.ederal law enorcement and security agency.Charged with responsibility or protectingUnited States diplomacy, the bureau hasundergone tremendous growth since itsounding in order to meet substantiallyexpanded responsibilities domestically andin ar-fung locations around the world. Today,DS oreign service and civil service ocers, employees, and contractors live and work at more than 280 oreignmissions in 162 countries. The remarkable events o 2011 demanded and receivedthe very best o Diplomatic Security. Tested directlyand indirectly by epic transitions – including popularrevolutions overseas and the withdrawal o U.S. militaryorces rom Iraq – and by incidents o terrorism, naturaldisasters, document raud, cyber intrusions, and drugcartel violence south o our border, our people haveullled their mission. In some locations, DS has takenon new roles and additional responsibility, with niteresources but unlimited energy, determination, andresourceulness. The 2011 “Arab Spring” movements had a prooundimpact on the geo-political, socio-economic, andsecurity landscape o North Arica and the Middle East.Throughout the volatile period, DS agents perormeda critical role in protecting U.S. government personnel, property, and inormation, providing secure operatingplatorms in tumultuous environments. Hereat home, DS contended with a dauntingrange o criminal activity requiring extensivesecurity responses.Public respect or the bureau, its duties, and its people has brought a steady fowo applicants to our doors. And we areselective. In 2011, DS received approximately5,000 applications or open positions. From these, DS hired 124 special agents, 54security protective specialists, 24 securityengineering ocers, 17 security technical specialists, and six couriers.DS has a track record that stands up impressively tothat o any other ederal law enorcement or securityagency. Good people and dedicated teamwork including cooperation across division boundaries andinternational borders when necessary – have made thedierence. They will make all the dierence in years tocome, as well.
