3. ACUPRESSURE
Learn pressure points or intuitively reach out for places of pain, rub them! 
 
Music has the power to move your mind,your emotions and definitely your body.There’s a reason why movies playsoundtracks; it creates an opening and anemotional charge to induce a state of being. Allow your favourite artists toenergise you and change your state.Depending on who you talk to, you will findout that the body is between 60 to 80%water!
