There isinfinite energy in the universe; you just haveto consume it. Breathe super deep for rounds of 3 minutes. Don’t be shy, becomethe living Hoover! You will feel amazing.When we move, we are alive. When we are still,we are dead. In a relative sense anyway…when we stop moving, energy within useventually will stagnate, block or diminish. Thatis why we must continuously move with joy andgrace as frequently as possible, in order tocirculate and release the dormant energy insideof us. How you move is up to you, just makesure you do.We are increasingly living in a virtual anddownright artificial world. From the bed to theoffice to the couch, our senses are almostcontinuously plugged into some form of electric gadget. This is a huge strain on your senses, your brain, your spine andelectromagnetic field. Unplug and regeneratein the natural world, reconnect to the ultimatereality, not the manmade one.
