Heat coals or gas grill or direct heat. Place potatoes on 30x18-inch pieceo heavy-duty oil. Sprinkle with salt. Dot with butter. Sprinkle with cheeseand bacon chips.Wrap oil securely around potatoes; pierce top o oil once or twice withork to vent steam.
