These will be held tomorrow during a gala dinner at the Royal Swazi.

To ensure this, all participating companies were comprehensively researched by an independent consultant company, Empowered Intellectuals. There will be winners for each category rec-ognising particularly excellent departments for participating companies. The grand awards, however, will recognise the top three companies that exhibit excellent crossfunctional or interdepartmental performance levels. Two speeches will be presented at the awards that will give an overview of the business environment in the country. Dr Greg Mills, Director of the Brenthurst Foundation, will be speaking on national competitiveness and expounding on the avenues available to Swaziland for maximising its productive potential, and innovating in industry where our competitive advantages are already being exploited for national economic gain. His Excellency the Prime Minister will deliver the keynote address, recognising the winners for the night and reinforcing the call to action for all stakeholders in the business community to work together on the national goal of higher economic performance.
