SPEED CONTROL OFINDUCTION MOTOR USING FUZZYLOGIC CONTROLLER
Ramachandran.R GuidedReg no:1101009018 byMrs.A.K.PARAVATHY.;M.tech.,(Ph.D)

OBJECTIVE
The main objective of this project is to develop afuzzy logic based controller to control the speed of the induction motor, employing the indirect vectorcontrol model.
The current and flux input to the induction motor areto be controlled in order to obtain the desired speedresponse.

.The requirements of AC drives can be fulfilled by the vector control system. withthe advent of the vector control method, an induction motor has been controlledlike a separately excited motor for high performance applications. This methodenables the control of field and torque of induction motor independently bymanipulating corresponding field oriented quantities are referred in this paper.

.The fuzzy logic has certain advantages compared to classical controllers such assimplicity of control, low cost, and are the possibility to design without knowingthe exact mathematical model are referred in this paper.
