CENTRAL IDEA

: To overcome the Monday blues, it is essential to plan your day before Monday arrives, to not overcrowd your weekend, and to know the things that make you stressed on Monday.

I.

Introduction :
A. Attention Material: Have you ever seen about Monday blues? Do

you have this symptom? Of course all of you have, right? I will explain what actually Monday blues is, but before that I want to show a video. Lets enjoy it. So, did you understand about video that I show it just now? Now, I will explain about Monday blues. Monday blues is actually the symptom that mostly people feel it after a long nice weekend (Lunar Launch on Sept 27, 2012). According to Tribune Newspapers by Alexia Elejalde-Ruiz on Sept 05, 2012, Monday is the most depressing day. It may happen because mostly incomplete homework and stress are being arrived on the whole day.
B. Tie to the audience: Im sure that all of us at some point have

mentioned about Monday blues symptom in order to our daily life

for every new week is come, but it is not the same type for every person. What could you do when your Monday blues become increase from time to time?
C. Credibility material: 2 years ago, me as Human Resource

manager I have been fired a worker that have critical symptom of Monday blues. This worker have always got problem to wake up early and start his new week on Monday. Because of that, he always comes late to office. Even though comes late, he likes to be proscinate his work and it makes the work cannot be completed at the end of the day. Because of his Monday blues, he was fired from the office.
D. Preview: I will explain 3 ways to overcome Monday blues which

include to plan your day before Monday arrives, to not overcrowd your weekend, and to know the things that make you stressed on Monday.

Body
A. The basic thing to overcome your Monday blues is to plan your

day before Monday arrives. ( Lunar Launch on Sept 27, 2012) 1. Do not be a procrastinate person. a. Do the work that can be completed on Friday. b. Make some effort to work on Friday before start on holiday so that on Monday, your work is not really much.

Set about 5 to 10 minutes to plan your Monday and make sure that the priorities is the main part of your plan.

a. Do your homework and study on weekend before you

want to go anywhere.
b. Do the lists follow the sequence from priorities to not

very important.
c. Do the list properly and perfectly.

3. Prepare all the stuff that you want to wear and bring on Monday. a. Make sure you know what you want to wear and bring on Monday. b. Dont be messy on Monday because of small matter. 4. Discipline yourself based on schedule in the whole day.
a. Make a time table for your own self starts from wake up

in the morning at specific time. b. Do not sleep late at night so that you can wake up early on the morning. 5. Set your mind to wake up early and be an energetic person for Monday. a. Set the alarm to wake you up early. b. Take a breakfast before you go to class or work because every meal that we get on breakfast can bring us more energy and easier to get lesson on class. c. Do not rush yourself when do all things but do it properly and continuously. d. When you have done with every task, just tick and put such a smile on your schedule.
