This is beautiful, well crafted, and in some sense almost "cubist." Each stanza paints a quick picture of a acene, allowing you to consider it comfortably, not sustaining it so long that it is deeply ventured into, then the scene is whisked away and a new one established. In terms of the meter, it is semi-irregular in that it counts only stressed syllables. Most of the lines have either four or five stresses in them, and I personally am a great fan of this style; it's a part of A-S meter. Furthermore, most of your caesuras are pronounced. Your rhymes are simple, one-syllable words for the most part, which I think adds to the surrealistic, almost fairy-tale feel of the verse. OK, I'm done. Your Friend, I.C.
