ABSTRACT
This article develops reflections on the university autonomy and like her it is being
understood and interpreted of the legal point of view and of the academics' in a general
way point of view. The author understands that the autonomy will only be a concrete
reality, when all the subject committed with the university if they give bill of the force that
have, therefore autonomy and inextricable teaching-research-extensi on are not " granted
objects, but conquered ".
