CONTRACTUAL PROJECT APPOINTMENTS
The Directorate, Family Welfare, Govt. of Orissa and NRHM Orissa in order to accelerate achievementof Millennium Development Goal 4 in state had established State Meternal and Child Survival Cell(SMCSC) at the Directorate of Family Welfare and 16 District Maternal and Child Survival Cell (DMCSC).The districts are Koraput, Rayagada, Malkangiri, Nawarangpur, Kalahandi, Nuapada, Bolangir, Sonepur,Kandhamal, Boudh, Gajapati, Sundrgarh, Debgarh, Mayurbhanj, Keonjhar and Balasore. The postswould be supported by UNICEF in state as catalytic inputs to strengthen implementation of NRHMchild health and maternal health strategies. All posts are contractual.Those employed (Regular and Contractual) in Dept. of Health & FW, Govt. of Orissa are required toapply through proper channel. The Dept of Health & FW would finally decide about final selection ofthe govt. Employees.

MD in Pediatrics/ SPM with experience on Child survival program/ neonatology Computer literate Experience in planning, project conceptualization, co-ordination,facilitation, evaluation of training, Networking and partnership development.
AGE & SALARY:
Within 45 years Consolidated Rs. 40000 pm with separate applicable TA & DA.
STATE VACCINE LOGISTICS MANAGER: 1 POST CODE HS 8JOB AREAS:
Supervision and management of state wide vaccine logistics network, planning,monitoring, Training of field teams, establish online vaccine logistic monitoring systems/structures.
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
Graduate with Diploma in Materials Management/Logistics with 3yrs experience in handling storage and distribution, or MBA with experience in logistics management.Computer literate with advanced computing skills. Working experience in drug logistics managementpreferred.
AGE & SALARY:
Within 45 years Consolidated Rs. 20000 pm with separate applicable TA & DA.
REGIONAL/ DISTRICT POSITIONS
REGIONAL VACCINE STORE COORDINATOR: FOR CREATION OF PANEL CODE HS 9JOB AREAS:
Supervision and management of regional vaccine logistics network, planning, monitoring,reporting training of field teams, establish online vaccine logistic monitoring systems in districts.
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
Graduate with Diploma in Logistics management with 1 yrsexperience in handling storage and distribution. Computer literate. Experience of working in druglogistic management preferred.

DISTRICT MATERNAL AND CHILD SURVIVAL CORDINATOR: 3 POST AND FOR CREATION OF APANEL CODE HD 1JOB AREAS:
Provide technical & managerial support for district level NRHM planning and implementationof RCH strategies, skill based training, co-ordination for time bound quality implementation of IMNCI,SNCU, SAB, FRU, Malaria control, verbal autopsy, monitoring systems, documentation, advocacy aspart of District Maternal and Child Survival cell & DPMU in close coordination with district health andICDS authorities. The incumbent would report to SMCSC
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
MBBS with field experiecne of RCH program implementation and/ or PG in paediatrics/G&O/SPM, AYUSH doctors qualified on Health management with RCH experience,MSW qualified on Health management and RCH experience Computer leterate, Experience in planning,project conceptualization, co-ordination, facilitation, evaluation of training, Networking and partnershipdevelopment Candidates with implementation experience on IMNCI, SNCU, Vitamin A, IFAsupplementation, SAB, NRC, RI, FRU, EmOC, Malaria control will be preferred

The incumbent would report to SMCSC.
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
