It would be wise for our international customer to be at the airport at least 2 ½ hoursbefore departure time to enable faster airport procedures (Security Clearance, Check-In, Immigration Process and Departure Gate ).At Soekarno-Hatta International Airport, terminal II located at the Upper Level is knownas the Departure Terminal; and the Arrival Terminal is located at the Lower Level.Garuda Indonesia departure counters are located at Terminal II/E for InternationalDestination and Terminal II/F for Domestic Destination.
