.—Section 3 of the Land and Water

Conservation Fund Act of 1965 (16 U.S.C. 460l–6) is

amended—

(1) by striking ‘‘S

.—Subject to the availability

of appropriations and notwithstanding any other

provision of this Act, the Secretary of the Interior

and the Secretary of Agriculture shall ensure that,

of the amounts made available for the fund for each
19
fiscal year, not less than 1.5 percent of the amounts
20
shall be made available for projects identified on the
21
priority list developed under paragraph (2).
