Call Jeff Parsons at MSC Advantage (408) 782-88-00 (starting the Friday prior to the tour at 9:00 a.m.-deadline is Tuesday at noon). You must either be an S.C.R.A. member ($55.00 per year), or you maypay a one-time fee ($35.00).

All fees due from REALTORS must be in the hands of MSC Advantage handling the tour at the beginning of the tour meeting the day the property is to be toured, or the property will be deleted from the tour sheet
