Description

NTRsupport is an online Customer Support platform. It does not require any previous installation or configuration in the computers of the service’s customers, Operators or administrators.

The application is used via the web and can be accessed by any user with an Internet browser and Internet connection. The use of the HTTP protocol allows NTRsupport to be independent of the operating system, and to be integrated in any platform.

The communication between Operators and users is always encrypted, including when it is stored in the database—being decrypted in the moment when it is requested. Only the system administrator can see the conversations maintained by its Operators.
