If Youre Grounded, Your Left & Right Brains Are in Alignment For Winning 1.

. Get This: everything else depends on it! Human folk are living in the PAST or the Future (in-their-head) about half-theirwaking-hours (46.5%) of the time. Not-grounded is triggered by Daydreaming, & mind-wandering. 2. Define: being grounded. Living in the here-and-now, & exclusively in the living-Present. Three-things: youre aligned, balanced, and centered into ACTIVE consciousness. 3. We are trained to live our lives in our head, which is triggered & controlled by our ever-present EGO. Listen up: our Ego is the voice, beliefs and behaviors of our ten-year-old, Inner-Child. 4. He/she never leaves our brain. They are there as your innerdialogue, self-talk, & the still-small-voice, until KingdomCome. 5. We do have another internal (mental) voice that is more mature. Its called our ECHT-SELF, (<Ger. Real, Authentic, Genuine), and its our Higher-Self. It tries to overcome our selfish-babyish EGO. 6. The Echt-Self (Higher-self) is your Scholar, who enjoys learning, is curious, and is motivated to excel at your career, and in relationships.

7. He/she battles your EGO who wants to watch TV endlessly, and live in the status-quo. Whats its AGE? Answer: 29, and remains there endlessly for life. Notice when you look in the mirror, and pay attention to your voice, you see the Past you, and hear the same voice all-of-your-life. We ignore AGING signs. 8. So you got your Inner-Child, your ECHT-(higher) Self, and number three: your Collective-Subconscious. Thats your instinct, hardwired-self, & reflexes. We call it, Grandpa. It controls all things on auto-pilot, like HABITS. 9. When we are grounded, we inhibit (stop) our EGO from dominating our consciousness. Ego (Inner-Child) makes us crazy by spreading doubt and indecision. It cries, But, What-If? 10. If we fear (Regret) even before we pull-the-trigger, listening to our Self-Talk saying, Should-Would-Could, we-be-wrong? Not grounded causes Regrets-Blame-And-a Victim consciousness to rule us. Are we all bothered by Mental-Chatter creating Resistance (doubt & indecision)? Answer: all living folks. 11. So what? To win the benefits of, being-grounded, FOCUS your consciousness on your FEET. Wiggle-your-toes, lift-your heels, control your awareness to descend from your head (cognitive-thinking), to your SENSES. 12. Wiggling your feet is Kinesthetic, sense-of-touch. Grounding uses our senses to stay conscious, on our physical body. We can manage our Emotions, Behaviors, & Beliefs easier & better.

13. For maybe 1,500 years Yoga has advocated, BeingGrounded, and focusing your Attention & Concentration on living in the PRESENT. The great majority worry about the PAST or speculative negatively about the FUTURE. Bad Robot.

14. Three (3) strategies that require under three-minutes. You know the first one. Choose to focus your consciousness On-your-feet. You can visualize your toesies moving around in your shoes, or moving up-or-down from the ground. It works with your eyes CLOSED or OPEN. Try both ways. 15. Second grounding strategy: Birthday Cake Exhaling: Purpose: in under 60-seconds, you can RAISE your vibrationalfrequency for successful behaviors. 16. Close your eyes, mentally visualize a birthday cake with 20 candles. Your job is to Blow-out the candles. Do it physically by Acting as-is there are imaginary candles. 17. Take a deep diaphragmatic-breath, and exhaling, really purse your lips and physically blow-out the candle. Use all your blowing (exhaling) strength. Now repeat the Birthday cake blowing-out the candles, one-by-one, Five-Repetitions.

18. You are activating your Nervous-system for Awareness & Attention. You are getting Grounded in one-three minutes. 19. Youve completed your Feet-Focus, and Birthday Cake Candles. The last is called, Snarling like a Dog. Sounds really DUMB? Again, it triggers your nervous system to consciousness, and staying GROUNDED. Goal: take control of your feelings-beliefsbehaviors, we aint robots. 20. Snarling is the sound a dog automatically makes when he/she wants to warn you away. It requires Concentration, Awareness, and Attention on your mouth and the resonance you produce. 21. Close your eyes, create a mental movie (mentally-visualize) a Junk-Yard DOG who wants to eat a strange on its property. Do a duet with the dog. Take a diaphragmatic-breath, and exhale with all your force the GROWLING! sound. 22. Grr-rr! Now take a second deep breath, and exhale the Growl again, a total of Five (5) repetitions (times). It clears your lungs, deeps your consciousness, and sucks Oxygen into your body, and brain. It activates GLUCOSE (blood-sugar energy), for your brain.

23. For Double the results in being Grounded, SMILE, while doing all three (3) strategies. Your right-brain accepts your SMILE as a symbol that you are happy. It suppresses all resistance to being grounded, and puts you in a positive state of mind, and in a good-mood. Endwords
