Asthma is when the bronchial tubes become inflamed and then causes the airways to becomenarrowed and swollen.TriggersFirst steps in knowing how to control and prevent Asthma attacks is to know what thetriggers are; feeling sad or down, tobacco smoke, wood smoke, the dander in pets, colognes, coolair, vigorous exercise, medications, pollens, molds, certain cleaners or sprays like paint,heartburn or reflux, dust mites, and being ill with a cold or flu.Identify the signs and symptoms.
