I am trying to find out why Giles County wants to go to home rule. If a charter government is so much better than what we have now then why isn't all TN counties moving for Home rule? I'm just trying to understand why the home Rule for Giles?

As a voter in Wilson County TN, I would like more information about your proposed charter. We need a home rule charter government,however, I realize we can't get there by going through our existing government officials. Some of our most important needs are transparency of government, term limits and recission of a private county road act of 1961. WE need a charter that can only be approved and/or
