Mark Zee Memorial Scholarship

A component of the Community Foundation of Southern Wisconsin, Inc.

Scholarship GuidelinesThis scholarship was established to provide post high school educational opportunities for young people fromMonroe, Wisconsin, who intend to study the field of engineering or industrial technology.This scholarship is to be granted and paid upon proof of enrollment after the successful completion of the secondsemester at an accredited college/university or technical school of the student's choice. A student must be enrolledfull-time and a G.P.A. of 2.50 must be maintained to determine successful completion of work. Formal applicationis to be through the Monroe High School Guidance Office.

ELIGIBILITY:

Student should be pursuing a degree in the field of engineering or industrial technology. Preference may be givenfor financial need but is not a restriction.

APPLICATION PROCEDURE:

1. Complete the application. (Incomplete applications will not be considered)2. Attach your high school transcripts.3. Complete and attach the scholarship application financial form.
