white polystyrene. License plate inserts will have round holes, unless oval holes are specified. There is a 4¢ charge per insert for oval holes. License Plate Frames

License plate frames are great for use with license inserts. More durable than decals & stickers. Step up to these license frames & advertise with every vehicle you sell! White or black frames with raised lettering and logos. Can accomodate any state. Specify State when ordering. Please remember that small logos do not reproduce well on license frames.
