I would love to start this diet but since the book doesn't come out till April, how do I know what carbs or how many carbs to eat for phase 1?

I guess you don't eat any meat on phase 1 and phase 3. But I'm unclear about things like oil in salad dressing on phase 2

I am 64 yrs old and I'm marrying a wonderful man on June 15th, 2013. I'm supposed to get my wedding gown altered in April, and the book doesn't come out until April!
