21 State St. Lowell, MA Auction Date 12/5/2012 11:00AM. Recorded Land.

Just when you think you have seen it all, something comes along and you have to ask, WHY?? This has several documents involved, so follow along with me.

Mortgage: recorded 5/23/2006 "Lender" EquiFirst Corp./MERS/Fannie Freddie Uniform Docs.

Assignment of Mortgage (NO note assigned) created, acknowledged, notarized by Harmon Law. Said assignment assigns the Mortgage to US Bank NA., as Trustee for the Structured Asset Securities Corporation Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, 2006 EQ1. Whew. Say that 10 times fast!

Assignment date is 5/7/2010, and recorded 5/21/2010. Four (4) years after the trust closing date. REMIC fail. Alleged "defaulted" loan assigned to a trust way too late... missing assignments etc..... not to mention the Assignment is INVALID. Can't prosecute foreclosure's with invalid Assignment's. Sorry Harmon. How are you going to "fix"this one??

Call the FBI!! Code Blue!!!

Assignment is acknowledged by Mr. Andrew S. Harmon as Assistant Secretary AND Vice President of MERS Inc. Mr. Harmon must be an important person to hold two such distinguished positions to a DATABASE. Very impressive. Maybe this is a conflict of interest? Not to mention the other nefarious problems so far...

The Assignment also denotes on it.... *Signatory Authority on a Corporate Resolution recorded with Middlesex County (Northern) Registry of Deeds Book 15709 page 138. I have enclosed the Corp. Res. for you as well.

Note:: William Hultman's signature on this Corp. Res. as compared to the MA SOS Amended Corporation Certificate I looked up for MERS Inc. to see if the signatures match. Do the signature's match? NO. Not even close. Anyone surprised? I didn't think so.

Order of Notice recorded 8/24/2010. Foreclosure by Entry and Possession and Exercise of Power of Sale. I can't imagine waiting for 3 years to see if someone challenges the foreclosure.

What's next? Actually, I shudder to think. You know what? Someone should do their college thesis on this stuff.

Let's hope the Notice of Sale provisions and publishing there of are done in strict compliance with MA GL 244... The Supreme Court Justices are pretty clear on this point.

We will be watching.
