1 Kg. Yogurt250 gms Gram Flour (Baisan)1 tbsp Garlic Paste125 gms Onion40 gms Cumin Seeds (Whitezeera)2 Tsp Red Chili Powder1 Tsp Salt 1/2 Bunch Coriander Leaves3 Cups Oil
 
our the yogurt in a muslin cloth and handit for 3 hours. When all the water isdrained out, take it out of the muslin clothand make small koftas. Mix half the quantity of red chili powder and salt to gram flour andmake a thick paste by gradually adding water.Now dip the Koftas in this mixture and fry inOIL. When golden brown take them out of thepan and keep them aside. Cut the onions andfry them in the same oil till golden brown. Addginger and garlic paste, salt, red chili powder,cumin seeds and a little water to make gravy.When ready, put the Dahi koftas and corianderleaves in the gravy.
