THE SOCIETIES REGISTRATION ACT, 1860(Act No.-21 of 1860)RULES AND REGULATIONSOFMEMBERSHIPOFSHAKKHOR ENVIROMENT AND EDUCATION DEVELOPMENT SOCIETY
2.In this society there shall be Five (5) categories of members:2.1. General Committee Members:
a.Those who were present in the meeting held with a view to establish the Society; b.Those who applied for having general memberships;c.Whose application approved by the Executive Committee and accepted by the Chairman.
2.2. Member of the Executive Committee
a.Those who are elected by the General Committee; b.Those who are admitted having approval of the Executive Committee.
 
2.3. Life Members:
After motivated to know the objectives and programs of the society those who, will donate Tk.50,000/– in each or property equivalent to Tk. 50,000/– at a time will be treated as a life member.
2.4. Corporate Member:
Companies, organizations or bodies operating in Bangladesh in fields related to society areeligible to be Corporate Members of Shakkhor Environment and Education Development Society,represented by a nominated person working for the organization.
2.5. International Member:
Foreign citizens and other related organizations who wish to be associated with the Society can become International Members.
3.Rules for Membership:
Any person who will come with a view to get benefit from the programs and projects of the societythrough submits applications to the local office accepting the condition of Tk. 50/– as admission feesand minimum Tk. 200/– as monthly fees and if it is accepted by the local officer in charge will betreated as member of the project under this society.
4.Duties & Responsibilities of Members:
4.1.Regularize payment of weekly or monthly fees;4.2.Take participation in the training program organized by the Society;4.3.Take Participation in the programs thrown by the Society (in this section member means project members).
5.Cancellation of Membership:
5.1.Failure in regulate payment of three (3) consecutive weekly;5.2.Failure in attending three (3) sequential consecutive meeting;5.3.Those who involve the activities that hamper the interest of the society when proved;5.4.Non–compliance of the constitutional responsibilities of the responsibilities bestowed by theexecutive committee member and activities without paying due honors to the rules andregulations of the society;5.5.Participation in any activities subversive of the society/state/discipline or declared as made or  bankrupt;
 
5.6.Death or willingly resignation.
6.Re–intake of Membership:
This respective terminated member should submit an application addressing the Chairman beggingforgiveness for his misdeed and if the application approval by the Executive Committee then it will beaccepted by the Chairman.
7.Body of the General Committee:
There are Fifteen (15) persons in the General Committee.
8.Body of the Executive Committee:
Through confidential voting by the general members nine (9) members Executive Committee from thegeneral members will be elected for five (5) years.
9.Body of the Advisor Committee:
Body of Adviser Committee will be formed any leading social workers politicians and officers, bankers, writers, journalists & retired government officials. Advisor committee will coordinate theelection of the society and supervise in problems affectionately.
10. Duties and Responsibilities of General Committee:
a.Approved of Annual Income & Expenditure; b.Approved of Development Program;c.Attending Annual General Meeting;d.Casting vote to elect Executive Members;e.Casting vote elects Executive Committee;f.Participation in regular programs of the society;g.Project submission & implementation;h.Preparation of Annual Budget and declaration in front of the General Committee;
