In this order, and obtained by Public records... Theresa Dupont, who is a Realtor ( in the employ of above said Christopher P. Olson, who got the almighty Foreclosure Deed), put in the high bid of $172000.00. I know. That's high??! She then ASSIGNED HER bid over to Christopher P. Olson. Her BOSS!! Since when is a non creditor (legal) allowed to assign a BID???!! NEVER!!!!!! This is worse than these houses getting "flipped" to Fannie and Freddie (non payment of taxes).. A bidder pays a deposit so they can bid. Then they have 30 days to pay up, get financing, pay for the house. If that falls through, the DEED should go to the next highest bidder. WTF????? It gets better....
Said Christopher P. Olson obtains funding from some lender. Look it up. Then run to the toilet. Who ARE these people???!! We need the Crime Scene tape again!!
Finally, Mr. Olson sells the house to a a couple. This all happened in like a 3 month span. He doubled his money. YAY for him. I feel sorry for the couple who bought the house. Unless they were in on this CRAP.
Another Law Firm got involved with this... don't know how or why. Actually I don't even care. How many Law Firms does it take to complete an illegal foreclosure? Oh... the jokes I could tell.....The only thing I will say is that an Attorney from this "other firm" notarized the Assignment of Bid, from Theresa Dupont. You can draw your own conclusions.....
