this was the man responsible for the botched SWAT raid, which he led by gunning down an unarmed Mexican farm worker in his bedroom, during a raid that the family successfully scored the largest ever settlement in California of 6 million dollars for having to watch their father brutally murdered and then being held  in a cell at the local Dinuba Police Department for hours after the incident.
