THEWRAP.COM - A representative of Judge James C. Chalfant said the judge's order explaining why the case was thrown out will not be available until tomorrow. The rep said the judge "denied the ex party applciation without preducice" because two or three items were missing from the complaint and could not reveal further details. A new hearing has not been scheduled, although the plantiffs are likely to return on Thursday in Dept. 86 in LA Superior Court.
