Teen Nights – Monday-Thursday 
Teens (13-19 yrs) who purchase a Snow Pass between6 pm to close, will automatically get their purchase timedoubled. Not applicable on weekends.
Older Adults’ Early Bird – Monday-Friday 
Seniors who purchase a Snow Pass Monday to Friday fromopening to 1 pm, will automatically get their purchasetime doubled.
Men’s & Women’s Night – Thursday 
 
Men and women who purchase a Snow Pass to ski/snowboardbetween 4:30 and 9:30 pm on Mondays, will automatically get their purchased time doubled (i.e. buy a one-hour snow pass and receive two hours of skiing/snowboarding).
Family Night – Saturdays
Free Snow Pass must be obtained at the Snow Pass ticket window.
 Families can bring up to two children, 18 years of ageand younger, to ski or snowboard for free between 4-8pm when accompanied by a paying adult. Adults can skior snowboard for $18 between 4-8 pm. Children mustbe present at time of purchase. Regular rental rates andconditions apply. A great family ski value!

Rental Equipment Requirements
 
Rental equipment cannot be issued to anyone under 18 years of age without being accompanied by a parent/guardian.
A $300 credit card pre-authorization or cash deposit is required to rent ski or snowboardequipment. Card owner’s signature is necessary.
Note: Interac pre-authorizations arenot available.
One piece of valid government issued photo identification is required to rentequipment.There will be no public rental equipment available from 9 am-3 pm on Saturdays andSundays during our four-week programs, as well as during any of our Holiday Camps inDecember and March.

 Weather: 416-33-TO-SKI for daily updates
The Earl Bales Ski & Snowboard Centre operates in all weather conditions including rain,snow, sleet, wind, full sun and extreme cold. Instructors/coaches are trained to deal withvarious weather conditions to ensure quality lessons take place. Regardless, all participantsmust understand that they may encounter various weather conditions. However, in very severeconditions the centre may close and postpone lessons. Lessons cancelled by our operation willbe added to the end of the regularly scheduled period of lessons.
8 Week Program
Registration for the 8 week program will not be accepted after the second class. Registeredparticipants who have missed the first two classes will not be permitted to continue in theprogram unless they have demonstrated the appropriate ski/snowboard ability.
3 & 4 Day Program
Registration for the camps or 4 day programs are permitted up to the start of the program’ssecond class only.
Transfers
 
 A transfer fee of $10 (per person/per course) will be applied to any client initiated request tomove from one program to another or from one class to another. Transfers must be requestedprior to the third class/day and will be prorated.
 Withdrawls
 All cancellations/withdrawls must be initiated in writing prior to the start of the programssecond class/day. No refunds or credits will be considered after this date. Withdrawls willbe prorated based on the date of withdrawal not based on attendance in the program. A $10administration fee will be deducted, per person, per program, for all refunds, withdrawals andcredits.
Family Day 
There will be no classes held on Family Day, February 16. Lessons will still be their fulllisted duration.
