What is a Mastermind?
So, What is a Mastermind?
In order to answer that, I must reference the man who first wrote about this topic:
Napoleon Hil
(1883-1970). He was an American author, best known for the 25 year commission he receivedfrom
 Andrew Carnegie
(one of the most powerful and richest industrialists living at that time).Carnegie (1835 – 1919) commissioned N. Hill to interview over 500 millionaires, acquire informationand publish his findings about the similarities in traits, habits and a formula by which these peopleacquire wealth and success. N. Hill published his findings in different publications, but he is mostwell known for his book,
Think and Grow Rich
. According to N. Hill:
The ‘Master Mind’ may be defined as: ‘coordination of knowledge and effort, ina spirit of harmony, between two or more people, for the attainment of adefinite purpose.
As an example, Hill referenced Gandhi and how he
“accomplished amiracle, for it is a miracle when 200 million people can be induced – not forced – to cooperate in a spirit of harmony, for a limitless time.”
So, it is the concept that when like-minded people come together andformulate their actions based on similar ideals, principals of belief in thespirit of achievement, the fruits of their labour will be that much moresuccessful.N. Hill went further on to write,
No two minds ever come together without thereby creati ng athird, invisible, intangible force which may be likened to athird mind.
Which means that when two minds are put together, with a similar aim, it equals not just doublethe power, but rather,
the power becomes exponential
.N. Hill is best known for his expression:
What the mind of man can conceive and believe, it can achieve.
He went on further to write that:

All achievements, all earned riches, have their beginning in an idea.
Let’s put the concept of the Mastermind in a modern context!

N. Hill said it best:
Do it NOW! can affect every phase of your life. It can help you do the things you should do but don’t feel like doing. It can keep you from procrastinating whenan unpleasant duty faces you. But it can also help you do those things that you want to do. It helps you seize those precious moments that, if lost, may never be retrieved.
Sending you all lots of love and positivity,
Kat
