Campus D located in Margonda Raya 100 depok.

This campus placed faculty, there are computer s science faculty, economics faculty, industrial faculty of teknology, faculty of civil engineering and planning, psychology faculty and faculty of literatur. At the south of this campus that is a park and in front of park there are 37 classes with four toilets. There are five buildings, first building has 3 floors and this is placed of the important people at Gunadarma University. In front of first building there are registration counter and ATM DKI. Second building has 3 floors it placed back of the first building and there are rectors room. Third building is located at north from main gate. Actually it behind second building. In the third building has 4 floors. The first floor there are library, behind library there are JPCDC (Job Placement and Carrer Development Center), and in front of it, there are toilet. At the second floor it has many laboratory, consist of advance electronica laboratory, psychology laboratory, basis electrinica laboratory, internet laboratory 2 and workshop room. Third floor it has audio visual studio, computer psychology laboratory, and some classes. Fourth floor or the final floor, it has LEPPSI room, aula which using for PPSPPT, and beside the room is secretary committee room. Fourth building has 6 floors and three elevators.first floor fill with lecturers room and some classes. Its also has 35 payment counters, second floor has some classes and one of them is IBM AS/400 labolatory, third floor has some classes and on of them is institute developement of computerization. Fourth floor has some laboratory there are multimedia laboratory, computer network laboratory, and development of business and commers. Fifth floor has some classes and one of them is conseling laboratory. Sixth flooris closed. Fifth building has 5 floors, there are many of classes, one of them is computer laboratory, and in the first floor has DKI bank and toilet in the front. At the front of fourth building there is a Darul Ilmi mosque, and beside of fourth building there is polyclinic.
