As more fully set forth in the Motion, Plaintiffs seek relief in the form of aninjunction resulting from Defendants defamatory publications which have resulted in damage tothe Plaintiffs’ public image and personal business reputations.2.
 
Plaintiffs request the opportunity to present oral argument as to theappropriateness of injunctive relief based upon the material facts giving rise to Plaintiffs’Complaint.
