My hand-made Innervation Chart inspired by
one very practical book of Clinical Neurology written
in Japanese. Unlike books I've translated before, which
was from English to Japanese, this time I did the opposite.
I also hope this would somewhat be of your help as well.
Details such as Ansa Cervicalis was omitted, however,
I'm quite sure that most of the innervation should be
covered in the PDF file.

Since it is colored for your easy understanding, print it out
with color will be recommended as well as merely store it
in your PC for your further reference.

Together with this, my last note making seemed to be
successful to some extent, hereafter I try to make ones as
much as possible whenever time allows me to do so.
In the making of that note, I owe much to Mhyrada to be honest.
