I simply contact you to see if you are interested in investing all or part of the$100,000 into the partnership that I would put together between you and me,and maybe a few others.You take a look at the property and decide of it is right for you and is as goodas I say it is.

If you decide all of the information is as good as I say it is, we form apartnership and take it through a 9-month system with me in charge of theproject making the process the best I can.
(Of course, I keep in regular contact with youalong the way with regular email updates, occasional photo’s and videos, and naturally, a monthly accounting statement. You are welcome to visit theproject at any time you choose, and you are welcome to comeschedule a time come to the office and personally look throughthe books on the project.)
If you decide the project is not for you, it’s a simplematter of letting me know and we move on to thenext possibility.
