Beauty is important to me when choosing an appropriate lamp. I want the lamp to fit inwith my décor and bring out the true essence of the room with superb lighting. Daylight is what our eyes are naturally meant to work with. Other lighting canoften be harsh and eventually cause a feeling of strain around the eyes or headaches.Many studies have been done proving natural light helps to reduce or even eliminatethose strains. Reading is simple and enjoyable for long hours. The bulb is non glare andhas a soft natural illumination. I love how this lamp can light up a room and appear to be bright but when I am reading beneath it, the bulbs light feel gentle. This lamp also has theability to gain height with its adjustable base. The head of the lamp swivels to so light can be shone in the optimal areas of interest. There is no round lamp shade so the light isclearer and brighter. The design is professional and classy. The brushed nickel is a greatcolor because it matches plenty of objects and rooms. The Hampton table lamp matchesevery room in my house except the dining room. I wanted a lamp that looked sleek and professional for a few desks around my offices.The Hampton Table Lampis a little bit expensive but the look is exactly what I wanted.It’s definitely a necessary purchase if you only need one or two. It has a great businessfeel about it. The Brass color is optimal for any office space. The shade is adjustable. Ittilts so the light is shone exactly where needed. The reason I chose this lamp and boughtso many despite cost, is because it not only looks great but is functional specifically for office use. It is designed with Ottlite high definition lighting. It was made with moderntechnology to develop light that is energy efficient and easy on the eyes. The light is bright and great for reading but it isn’t harsh. It has a soothing illumination.The bulbisnon glare. My employees have complimented me on these purchases. They really have been a hit around the office. I have heard “reading seems less strenuous.” The lampdoesn’t have a round shade so it doesn’t take up an excessive amount of space. TheHoney brass is handsome and expensive looking. Each desk sends off a message of qualified, sophisticated, and powerful. Granted, everyone in my office may not be all of the above but the lamps really have helped improve the image around the company.
