1. The egoistic authoritarians suffer from a superiority complex. They have high opinion of themselves and tend to place self above others. They are arrogant, aggressive, forceful and overbearing. Egoistic authoritarians are preoccupied with fulfilling their own needs and desires. They have excessive need for competition. They like criticizing and discrediting others’ opinions. They enjoy challenging the organization systems. The perpetrators may identify some obvious flaws in the control systems. They may take advantage of the loopholes as a challenge not only for self-gains but also to boost their ego. Beside the economic gains, beating their organization give them the feeling of being superior and add value to their perception of self-worth.
2. The explorers have a high need for information. They are inquisitive and curious about what is happening around them. The explorers constantly scan his environment gathering and absorbing information. They are quick to grasp complexities. They enjoy groping, prying and examining the details of the management systems. They are capable of identifying the strengths and weaknesses of the secure systems. They may be tempted by the pitfalls to perpetrate a fraud
