EchoSign for Salesforce solution enables clients to send contracts for written or digital signature directly from their Salesforce account and then track their real-time execution status. Better yet, the second the contract is digitally signed, not only are all parties e-mailed a copy of the digitally signed contract, but a PDF copy is also automatically attached to the Contact and Opportunity for that contract. Never lose track again. Never upload, scan, or manually input signed customer contracts again. EchoSign does it all for you — automatically.
How It Works

EchoSign for Salesforce solution leverages EchoSign’s state-of-the-art API to allow EchoSign to run entirely and transparently from within Salesforce. Simply click on a new link in Opportunities or Contact entitled “New Agreement”, attach the unsigned contact, and EchoSign does all the rest for you. See a demo.

EchoSign for Salesforce solution supports the following features:

* Send a document (using any supported file format — Word, PDF, etc.) to a recipient for either a written signature (by fax) or an instant digital signature
* See the real-time status of any document at any time
* Get the complete document history
* Automatically attaches the final signed version of any agreement as a PDF to the relevant Opportunity and/or Contact
* View the original or any intermediate version of any agreement as a PDF
* Get real-time dashboard visibility into all your agreements out for fax or digital signature

Pricing

EchoSign for Salesforce includes a free 30 day trial. Thereafter, an EchoSign Team subscription is $19.95 per user per month with a 5-seat minimum per company. EchoSign Enterprise is $29.95 per user per month with a 10-seat minimum.
