**Franklin County Toy Project: The Bay City Work Camp inmates have built us a beautiful play house to raffle

**Florida Inclusion Networks First Fridays: Families are invited to join the Florida Inclusion Network (FIN) on the first Friday of each month from now until May 3, 2013. The Northwest Region of FIN will be hosting toll free calls from 10-11:00am EST. This time will be spent talking about the inclusion of your child, ideas or concerns you may have, & FIN resources that can support you & your family. GED CLASSES
The Franklin County Adult Education Courses will be offering GED classes at the Franklin County School in the near future. The next GED Test will be given Feb. 4 & 5, 2012 at the Franklin County School library at 6:00pm. To register for the test or for classes, contact Maxine Creamer @ 670-4481. **The Federal McKinney-Vento Homeless Assistance Act states that children & youth who lack a fixed, regular, & adequate nighttime residence are considered homeless. If, due to a loss of housing, a child must live in a shelter, motel, vehicle, campground, on the street, in abandoned buildings, or doubled-up with relatives or friends, then he/she is eligible to receive services provided under the McKinney-Vento Act.
