You don’t have to worry about losing your files anymore with thissystem because all of your data is backed up by our huge database but without givingup on reliability and efficiency. In addition to that, our system is designed to be differentthan the usual. Of course, our system is of no use if you don’t know how to use it that iswhy we have this manual. As you read this, you will be guided on how to use systemand discover a new way of managing your prospects and clients.
Functions of the System
The system which is an online sales management system supports variousfunctions needed to maximize the sales potential of the agency such as online tools for agents to help them in closing every sale, online tracking of sales activities of agents for the managers and a detailed step by step walkthrough of the stages in a sales processfor agents.
Design
.The software design is specifically targeted to managers and sales agentsof an insurance agency. The organization of components is analyzed well anddesigned to meet the requirements of a system needed by people in the life-insurance industry.
Programming
.The system is programmed using PHP for the server side scripting andtakes advantage of MySQL for the database. Both languages are open-source asit does not aim to increase the cost of users, in fact, the languages are free andis backed by a large online community. JavaScript is also used in the proposedsystem for the client side scripting as well as Ajax.
Testing
.The system has been tested before deployment to ensure that the systemis free from bugs and if there are features to be added or modified and errors tobe resolved.
Security and Backup
.The system is secured such that access to the system requires anaccount with a password that is only exclusive to managers and agents. Backupof the system files can be done regularly depending on the need of the user.
User-Friendliness.
The system is designed such that the average user of a computer caneasily use or operate it without problems.
Logging in the System
First of all, you have to visit the websitehttp://www.mysyagency.com. Uponentering, you will be asked by the system to type your username and password insidethe corresponding fields. After you have entered your data, click the “Log In” buttonlocated below the Log In form.
