Hi Gary, I have trouble with it too, sometimes - it is a BIG file as it is made from jpg images and not just a word doc. You have to give it time to load. If you have dial-up, it may take a long time. I have DSL and it takes a full minute or, two...sometimes longer. That is why I'm working on the OCR/Word version - much quicker download time....but it will be a while before it's finished. Keep trying! This book is THE BOOK on fluoride intoxication. Sandy
