Firefighters have been working without a contract with the City of Windsor for 7 years. Firefighters have not received any pay raise in the last 3 years. The Firefighters have recently completed a lengthy arbitration process with the City of Windsor. In the next few weeks the arbitrator will award the Firefighters a lump sum payment for the last 3 years.
