South wall leaning out asmuch as 5” at peak overhigh altar area.
Wall separating frommain church.
Organ well past 20 yearmaintenance schedule.
Organ 1961 console bothout of date and breakingdown.
Poor lighting and soundsystems in church.
Lack of handicappedaccess.
No accessible classroom& meeting space.
