I am willing to help but where is the Evaluation on line? And then when I tried to sign up I had to spend another 10 minutes finding a username which was not already taken! Congress was great, as usual but there must be an easier way to do this evaluation.

I have spent 30 min. looking for the link to the RECongress survey/evaluation. Can't find it. Not looking any longer. Make it easier next year, please.
