ore ‘THE SUPERIOR COURT FOR THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA ANTS: AFFIDAVIT IN SUPPORT OF APPLICATIONS FOR SEARCH WARR, FOR THE ENTIRE BUILDING KNOWN AS 1509 SWANN STREET, NORTHWEST, WASHINGTON, D.C., DESCRIBED AS A 3 STORY BRICK ROWHOUSE, GRAY IN COLOR WITH THE NUMBERS 1509 LOCATED TO THE RIGHT OF THE FRONT DOOR, WHICH DOOR IS BLACK IN COLOR. On Thursday, August 3", 2006, at about 12:02 a.m., members of the Metropolitan Police Department responded to the above location in reference to a stabbing that had occurred inside of this location. The Ticxim of this stabbing, Robert Wone, was transported to the George Washington University Hospital ei fering ftom 3 stab wounds to the chest where he succumbed to these wounds. He was pronounced dead at 12:24 am. by Doctor Shih of the hospital staff. ‘Gased on the above facts, your affiant has probable cause to believe that evidence related to the stabbing of Mr. Wone is located inside ofthe above location. On Friday, August 3 2006 at about 12:02 azm., members ofthe Metropolitan Police Department responded toa stabbing that had occurred inside of 1509 Swan! Street, N.W.. Once dneide, they located a victim ina second floor bedroom suffering from 3 stab wounds to the chest Hace unconscious and showing no signs of life. He was transported to the George Washington University Hospital where he was pronounced dead by Dr. Shih of the hospital staff at 12:24am. ppased on the facts and circumstances of homicide detectives preliminary investigation, Jour affiant sought and was granted a D.C. Superior Court Search warrant for 1509 Swann Street, NW authorizing the recovery of physical evidence and for provessing of the scene The investigation thus far shows that there were 3 other occupants of the sbove location, all permanent residenis of this location. One of these residents is Joseph Price. The version of ents given by one of these occupants was that an intruder had come through, the back door. There sere no signs of any forced entry tothe house, either through the back door cr ny other deere ere knife that was used inthis attack, and located on a table next to the vietim, was dean of matching knives located in the Kitchen ofthe house. There was nothing that appeared out of place, nothing disturbed, nothing ransacked and nothing was taken. ‘While processing the rime scene inside of 1509 Swann Street, N.W-, technicians were able to doternine thatthe crime scene had been tampered with, including that the area where the
