For an additional amount for the ‘‘Office of the Sec-
7
retary’’, $300,000,000, to remain available until Sep-
8
tember 30, 2010:
Provided,
That the Secretary may trans-
9
fer these funds to agencies of the Department, other than
10
the Forest Service, for necessary replacement, moderniza-
11
tion, or upgrades of laboratories or other facilities to im-
12
prove workplace safety and mission-area efficiencies as
13
deemed appropriate by the Secretary:
Provided further,
14
that the Secretary shall provide to the Committees on Ap-
15
propriations of the House and Senate a plan on the alloca-
16
tion of these funds no later than 60 days after the date
17
of enactment of this Act.

OFFICE OF INSPECTOR GENERAL
19
For an additional amount for ‘‘Office of Inspector
20
General’’, $5,000,000, to remain available until Sep-
21
tember 30, 2010, for oversight and audit of programs,
22
grants, and activities funded under this title.
