After 8 hours ofnursinginterventions,the patient willverbalizeunderstanding ofcausative factorsand appropriateinterventions.Independent:
Assess vital signs(pulse,respirations, andblood pressureevery 15minutes).
Maintain bed restor chair rest whenindicated. Providefrequent restperiods anduninterruptednight time sleep.
Monitor amountand type ofbleeding.
Position motheron her left side.
Restrict vaginalexamination.
Monitor uterinecontractions andfetal heart rate byexternal monitor.
