California Phi Beta Lambda invites all members, advisers, and prospective chapters to the 2009 StateBusiness Leadership Conference at The Westin in Long Beach, California. SBLC will take placefrom Friday, March 27 – Saturday, March 28, 2009.

The State Business Leadership Conference is the premier event for California Phi Beta Lambda and the firstlevel of the national business competition program. You won’t want to miss the exciting opportunities to:

We greatly appreciate the wonderful staff at the beautiful Westin Hotel in Long Beach in working with us toaccommodate all attending members. Halfway between Los Angeles International Airport and OrangeCounty Airport, The Westin Long Beach is renowned for both its convenience and beautiful location. Only amile from the beach, and a few minutes from the new Aquarium of the Pacific, guests can experience the bestof California. NAMETAG EVENT

Chapters are required to design their own nametags as a part of the Nametag Event. California PBL will notprovide nametags for any chapter with the exception of any Virtual Chapter members.

Please see page 6 of the California Awards Program for guidelines. Two copies of the chapter nametag are due uponconference registration to be considered for the Nametag competitive event.

*NOTE:

Nametags 3.5 inches x 2 inches are now acceptable due to reduced costs for chapters. It isrecommended that smaller chapters team up with other chapters to purchase boxes of nametags.
